• Add-on features such as animations, SEO, and dashboards

We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time.

2. Payment Terms

• All pricing is listed in USD and shown on our Services Page.
• Payments are made in advance via accepted payment methods (e.g., card, Stripe, Wise, etc.).
• Custom quotes must be paid as agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not completed.

3. Delivery Time

• Most websites are delivered within 1 business day, as advertised.
• Larger projects or custom dashboards may require additional time, which will be clearly communicated.
• Delivery begins once all required content is received from the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely content (e.g., logos, text, media).
• Communicate feedback promptly during revisions.
• Avoid uploading any unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission.

5. Revisions & Support

• Basic and Pro plans include limited revision rounds (1–2 depending on scope).
• Agency plans may include more customization and ongoing support.
• Additional changes beyond scope may require an added fee.

6. Intellectual Property

• You own the final delivered website and assets (excluding any third-party code or licenses).
• Velora retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
• Due to the fast nature of delivery, completed work is generally non-refundable.
• If a project is abandoned due to client inactivity, we reserve the right to close it.

8. Limitation of Liability

Velora is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from website misuse, downtime, or third-party integrations.
• Errors caused by client-side modifications after delivery.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with services like:

• Shopify, Stripe, Google Analytics, etc.

These services are subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

10. Changes to Terms

Velora may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
